Today I fixed a one course meal for Mother’s Day. We had cheese and crackers, Chardonnay from North Gate Vineyards and salmon topped with blueberry corn salsa over a spring mix salad mixed with asparagus. I got rave reviews from my kids. They even said I fixed the fish better than their mommy. I would like to wish my Queen a Happy Mother’s Day, to our readers who are moms and to all that drink North Gate wine.
